What A Time It Has Been
I’m so thankful to be writing this Messy Middle letter to you, my incredible readers. I am blessed to be able to share my writing with you each week. Thank you for subscribing, upgrading your subscription, buying me coffee, and for sharing my work. Mostly, thank you for praying that my words encourage the eyes that read them.
I can hardly believe we are a bit over halfway through the year! It’s been a great year so far. It has had its share of struggles for sure, but I believe God has a plan for everything. Time flies when you’re having fun and when you’re staying busy. I’ve been very busy. If you’ve been a reader for some time, you know I’ve moved states in recent months and have been undertaking a lot of necessary home renovations since that move. But what a blessing to have my cute condo nearly completed, and I enjoy having my grandchildren over quite often.
My book is in final edits, and then it’s onto a few cover decisions that need to be made, and finally publishing! My Founding Members will be receiving a free, digital copy this summer, upon publication. I can’t wait to get it into your hands and out into the world. It is my book baby, after all. Another book is already underway, and a children’s book is to follow. I’m excited and like I mentioned, busy. So. Many. Words. And I am very grateful you read them.
I hope this letter finds you well and enjoying this mid-way point in the year. I’m sure you’ve had your share of happiness and sorrow, as we all are enduring something. No matter what, no situation or trial is too big for God, and He knows exactly what you’re enduring right now. And He has a plan and purpose in it all. You can trust Him. My readers know I’ve been leaning on my faith even more heavily the last few years. There isn’t another way to live. I am unashamed to say I rely on Jesus. I need Him daily. He is good, to me, and you, and He is faithful.
